Willowbank 1993 Single Cask, 19 Year Old is a whisky from New Zealand Whiskey Company (NZWC). It is an unpeated single malt whisky, aged for 19 years in an ex-bourbon barrel before being bottled at cask strength. The whisky has a golden colour and a nose of honey, toffee and oak. The palate is sweet and creamy, with notes of vanilla, citrus, spice, and oak. The finish is long and smooth, with a hint of smoke and spice. This is a great whisky for sipping neat or as a base for a cocktail.
