Distillery: West Cork Distillers

This whiskey is made from 100% Irish malted barley and is triple distilled in copper pot stills. The whiskey is then aged for 8 to 10 years in American oak casks. Finally, it is finished in ruby Port barrels for an additional 6 to 8 months. This finishing process gives the whiskey a deep ruby red color with notes of ripe berries, dark chocolate, and dried fruits. The whiskey has a medium body with a rich, smooth finish.
