A pretty intriguing cask-finished, single cask Tormore single malt here, appropriately named “Speyside Sunshine”! After maturing in American oak, it was finished in a cask which previously held Martinique rum, before it was bottled up by The Vintage Malt Whisky Co. at 59.5% ABV in a release of 330 bottles for The Cooper’s Choice Series.
