Made in 2002 at Tomatin distillery, this Highland single malt has been matured in a first-fill bourbon barrel for more than a decade, before being bottled in April 2019 for Gordon & MacPhail’s Connoisseurs Choice series. Aromas of tart gooseberry, vanilla and waxy citrus fill the nose, and the palate offers notes of milk chocolate, buttery toast ad white pepper, on a backdrop of apples and pears.
