The 1931 Rum from St. Lucia is a special limited edition rum created to commemorate the 84th anniversary of the island’s first rum distillery. The fifth edition of this limited edition rum has been aged for a minimum of 8 years in American oak barrels and is bottled at 46% ABV. This rum has a dark amber color and a smooth, sweet flavor with notes of vanilla, caramel, oak, and spices. The finish is long and smooth with a hint of sweetness. This rum is perfect for sipping or in a variety of classic cocktails
