It is the third edition of this special rum, which is made from a blend of rums aged for up to 12 years in small oak barrels. The rum has a deep mahogany colour and a complex aroma of burnt sugar and spice. On the palate, it has notes of vanilla, oak, toffee, and caramel, with a long, silky finish.
