Sombra Espadin Mezcal is a perfect mix of tradition and modernity. The makers of this mezcal, the Espadin family, have been making mezcal in their Oaxaca distillery since 1794. The mezcal is made from the Espadin’s own agave that they grow on their own farm. This particular mezcal is a full-bodied mezcal with a deep red color and a roasted, nutty flavor.
