Distillery Information

The Sixtowns Gin story begins in the city of Rezekne (Latvia), where the founding Brothers Great-Great-Grandparents began distilling vodka from grain. As young boys, the Brothers Vitalijs and Alex, enjoyed watching their grandparents whilst learning the secret family recipes passed down through the generations. In 1998 Vitalijs and Alex moved to Stoke-on-Trent. Proud to have grown up in the heart of the country the Brothers were inspired by the city and its rich cultural heritage. Made up of six neighbouring towns and renowned as the World Capital of Ceramics, its considered one of the few cities worldwide to still be a world leader in their craft today.
