What we do know is that it comes from Barbados and has enjoyed 21 years of maturation before being bottled up at 52.6% ABV. The Boutique-y Rum team on the label look pretty excited about it!

Nose: Caraway, honeycomb, menthol, quite oily at points.

Palate: Black tea, cherry, tangy plum, almond, and leafy green notes.

Finish: Liquorice, subtle floral brightness, and ginger.
