Santos Dumont XO Elixir is a liquor composed of rum and Brazilian cacacia. The rums used to make Santos Dupont are molasses-based liquors produced in the West Indies and Central America. Cachaa, made from fresh sugar cane juice, comes from Brazil. After blending, the liquor undergoes additional maturation in oak casks where Pedro Ximenez sherry was previously stored.
