Rum Jamaique 2021 is a blend of still and column distillates produced from molasses at an undisclosed distillery in Jamaica. Due to the fact that we are dealing with two distillation methods, it cannot be Hampden or Worthy Park, because only alembics work there. Distilled in 2018, it spent a year in an American bourbon oak barrel in the tropics of Jamaica before being shipped to Europe for another 2 years of aging. Bottled in 2021.
