Project #173 Candy Floss Rum | 500ML Tasting Notes

Nose: Sweet char with toasted sugar, caramelised biscuits, burnt caramel, and creamy notes of Angel Delight. A touch of pink bubblegum (raspberry) lingers in the distance, without overpowering things.

Palate: Silky butterscotch leads, creamy and mouth coating. That burnt sugar from the nose catches up, bringing sweet hints of toasted marshmallow and pink wafer, and all that fairground candy floss we’d hoped for.

Finish: Sweetness lingers without cloying, while a touch of tropical guava arrives to finish things off, with dustings of icing sugar, and hard candy.

The crafty folks at Atom Labs have been working their socks off on flavourful rum based projects aplenty since 2020 showcased in the fabulous Project #173 collection.
