Distillery Information

Old Poison is a Scottish speakeasy craft distillery in the heart of Edinburgh and founded by mixologist Fabrizio Ciof. The distillery uses a traditional copper pot 30L gin still named Aurora using traditional distillation methods. Their approach to gin making is one of tradition, craft and small batch bottled and labelled by hand at the distillery. With an experimental approach to distillation, the Old Poison Distillery also produces their own cocktail bitters including smoked cold brew coffee bitters, made with locally ground coffee and smoked with peat from the Island of Islay.
