Distillery Information

Matopos, which means The Rocks, is a picturesque location in South East Zimbabwe. It was the core of our inspiration when we made our first gin. Granite rocks laced in amazing fauna and flora cover the area, producing a scenic view for its visitors. It is home to the world-famous balancing rocks. These rocks stretch for miles; among them lie caves ornamented with paintings, dating back to the San people who inhabited these lands through the stone-age.
