Nose: Viscous with silky notes of white grape skin, hearty juniper, and delicate citrus zest.

Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.

Finish: Oily herbs and a hint of floral pine beneath.

Distillery Information

Henners’ gin is distilled entirely from scratch using wine from the vineyards, in copper pot alembic stills at English Spirit Distillery in Great Yeldham.The method of distilling our wine and botanicals into our gin ensures an intensity of aroma and flavour in our gin with a beautiful viscosity in the mouth from the botanic oils. It’s these oils which, when poured over ice, give our gin its cloudy characteristic.
