This Jamaican rum is made with an exceptional blend of 6-year-old Jamaican rum and 8-year-old bourbon. The bourbon is sourced from the historic Heaven Hill Distillery in Kentucky. Hampden’s premium quality comes from the production of their rums, which are distilled and aged in copper pot stills. They use a recipe that has been handed down for three generations and made from a blend of Caribbean molasses, barley, and corn. This rum is a blend of premium rum and whiskey that has been aged in oak barrels for 6 years and 8 years respectively.
