A delicately fruity expression from the husband and wife team at Four Feathers, once again bringing together inspiration from their homelands of Poland and Wales! Alongside a core of traditional botanicals, this gin includes dried Polish apples and pears, as well as Welsh rowan and elderberries. With delicately sweet, crisp notes of fruit and spice, and softly floral herbs, this is fab in a classic, no-nonsense G&T, and will make a great base for cocktails too.

Nose: Polish apples and pears, as well as Welsh rowan and elderberries.

Palate: Delicately sweet, crisp notes of fruit and spice.

Finish: Followed by a gentle and long finish.

Distillery Information

Four feathers is founded by Paula and Sion .Paula and Sion were an instrumental part of establishing a successful distillery in Northamptonshire in 2012. Following this Sion moved to Langley Distillery in Birmingham before moving to Union Distillers in Market Harborough. Paula had already been helping the team at Union Distillers. Having been distilling award winning spirits for others, in 2018 they rekindled their own dream and launched Four Feathers. Their own spirits again. With a London Dry Gin and a very special Botanical vodka based on Paulas own secret family recipe!
