Doc Pepe’s Lab Barrel-Finished Manhattan is a classic blend Bourbon Whiskey from Kentucky, Italian-style Sweet Vermouth crafted in-house, and Angostura bitters. Once the cocktail has been mixed it is then transferred to used American port wine barrels for a period of 3 to six months.
