Delord is one of the oldest distilleries in France, founded in 1872. This 70 year old vintage is a perfect representation of the quality and finesse that has come to be expected from the Delord brand. Produced in 1947, this armagnac has been aged for 70 years in oak barrels. A full-bodied spirit, this armagnac is dark in color with a sweet nose of vanilla and honey. It is smooth and complex on the palate with notes of caramel, vanilla, oak, and honey.

Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.

Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.

Finish: Quite long and warm, with just a hint of smoke.
