The Cooperstown Distillery Saratoga Revolutionary is a limited-edition release from the Cooperstown Distillery in Saratoga Springs, New York. This small-batch whiskey is made from a blend of locally-sourced grains, including corn, rye and wheat, and aged in charred American oak barrels. It has a light, slightly sweet aroma of caramel and honey, with a hint of oak and spice. The flavor is smooth and mellow, with notes of toasted oak, vanilla and a hint of dried fruit. The finish is long and smooth, with a lingering hint of spice.
