We’ve checked all our sums, and this is the result a lip-smacking, festively-themed, deliciously surprising spirit made with Kentucky bourbon, dark chocolate, vanilla, and peppermint, alongside with actual bourbon biscuits and real candy canes! It’s one of those flavour combos that you don’t really see coming, but there is definitely a flavour triangle there. Mint and chocolate is good. Chocolate and bourbon is good. Bourbon Bourbon – Candy Cane | 700ML Tasting Notes

Nose: Brilliantly chocolatey freshly baked brownies and chocolate buttons. A waft of fresh mint sweetness cuts through the richness, before diving back into rounded vanilla and caramel.

Palate: Soft butterscotch and oak warmth up front, followed shortly by mint chocolate chip ice cream in a wafer cone, with a drizzle of chocolate sauce. A hint of malty, biscuity chocolate develops a smidge later.

Finish: Quite buttery on the finish, with light hints of peppermint leaf sticking around.
