A rum from Australia? Whatever next? Well, we’ll have you know that Australia has a long and proud rum-making tradition. This was distilled from molasses in 2012 and aged in first fill ex-bourbon casks for six years in the warmth of Australia before spending another four years ageing in Britain. It was bottled in June 2022 at cask strength with no colour added or chill-filtering.
