A creamy, sweet, lip-smacking liqueur from the Canary Islands, produced by Artemi. It’s made with a base of vodka, and combined with caramel to create oodles of brown sugar, honey, and chocolate notes. Serve over ice, or perhaps over ice-cream! It’ll do well in cocktails too, but now we’re just thinking about ice cream… Vanilla ice cream? Perhaps toffee ice cream to really… We’ll be right back, just popping out to the shop.

Distillery Information

The family-run Artemis Wines and Distillery opened its doors in 1996 as one of the first wineries in the Southern Highlands. Artemis has been making wine for 26 years and distilling spirits for three years, which have garnered a bevy of medals already.
