It’s an indie Allt–Bhainne, bottled by Douglas Laing as part of their Old Particular range. This was matured in a single Sherry cask for 16 years, from July 2000 to September 2016, before being bottled at 48.4% ABV with an outturn of just 273 bottles. A light but enjoyably Sherried single malt.
