Aker English Ros Aperitif combines liquid from two English powerhouse producers, using raspberry eau de vie from Capreolus Distillery in the Cotswolds, and pinot noir ros wine from Chapel Down in Kent. These are blended with citrus and English botanicals to create a lively aperitif full of the flavours of the English countryside at the height of summer.

Nose: Very elegant and precise aromas.

Palate: A very pleasant, rich and smooth taste in the mouth. Lovely texture.

Finish: Quite delicate and smooth texture on the long finish.

Inspired by the picturesque English countryside and named after its traditional unit of measurement – the acre, which was based on how much land a yoke of oxen could plough in a day – Aker is made with ingredients from two award-winning English producers: Chapel Down and Capreolus.
