A spiced rum here from the 1000 Trades team, featuring a blend of Caribbean rums, plus the tremendous trio of vanilla, ginger, and clove, alongside a few secret botanicals. The 1000 Trades Distillery is based in Birmingham, and it takes its name from one of the city’s nicknames, The City of a Thousand Trades.
Nose: Delightful aroma.
Palate: Honeyed sweetness up front, swiftly followed by cassia and ginger spiciness, with a touch of tropical fruit mellowing the heat.
Finish: Lingering finish.
