A rather excellent Tequila from the Hacien range, the Aejo Cristalino is made with 100% blue agave and allowed to mature in oak before being charcoal filtered. This removes the colour from the spirit, but importantly it doesn’t remove the flavour. This means you get a crystal clear Tequila with the rich, warming, creamy elements from ageing, ready to sip and savour.

Nose: Honey, soft oak, toffee, touches of petrichor, vegetal agave sweetness.

Palate: A very pleasant, rich and smooth taste in the mouth.

Finish: Quite delicate and smooth texture on the long finish.
