This rum is a blend of the two vintages, aged for a total of 11 years in oak barrels. The result is a complex and full-bodied rum, with notes of vanilla, caramel, and dried fruits. The finish is smooth and long, with a hint of pepper. This is an excellent rum for sipping or for use in cocktails.
