Nose: Heavily coastal, though with enough sweet hints of sultana and orange to keep it balanced.

Palate: Toasted brown sugar, charred staves, seaweed, and orange chocolate.

Finish: Fig jam and roasted oak.

Distillery Information

Berry’s Brothers and Rudd was founded in 1698, making it one of the oldest wine merchants in the world. BBR also produce their own liqueurs (The Kings Ginger Liqueur being one of the most popular) and release lots of wonderful whiskies as an independent bottler.
