Nose: Full-bodied aromas. Delightful and refreshing.

Palate: Well, yeah, plenty of Terry’s Chocolate Orange notes to be had here, along with hints of brown sugar and dried fruit.

Finish: Impressive length on the finish, very unique and complex.

Distillery Information

The Norfolk Spirit Company is a family-run business based in Norwich which produces a range of spirits including spiced rum, white rum, Navy rum, and a range of liqueurs. It was founded in 2020 by Ben Crisp, and makes all its alcohol in-house using pure molasses which is fermented and then triple-distilled. Theres no bought-in rum here.
