Manchester Spirit Tonka Vodka is great for adding a little intrigue where you’d normally find a vanilla vodka, or try it in a French Martini, delicious.

Nose: Very elegant and precise aromas.

Palate: A very pleasant, rich and smooth taste in the mouth. Lovely texture.

Finish: Quite delicate and smooth texture on the long finish.

The two folks at the core of this story are Jen Wiggins and Seb Heeley, who first got talking over a G&T, and followed on that theme in 2015 by launching Manchester Gin! Made in their own 60-litre copper column still named Wendy, Manchester Gin features plenty of inspiration from the eponymous city. For example, two notable botanicals in the mix are dandelion and burdock root – staple flavours of a Mancunian childhood. Also, the label features a worker bee, which is the symbol of Manchester.
