Guardian is made in very small batches from a combination of both vapour distilling and steeping. It also features lots of botanicals from New Zealand, including native pepper trees, Kawakawa and Horopito, as well as local lemons and limes.
Nose: Vibrant lime up front, with bright pine notes, coriander, and juniper in support.
Palate: On the palate it is very elegant, rich.
Finish: A long and lingering finish.
