Nose: Cinder toffee lingers in the distance with delicate notes of fresh pear and almond croissants. Creamy barley develops in time, joined by sweet, crumbly vanilla fudge.

Palate: Strawberry shortcake with a big dollop of clotted cream. Juicy notes of crisp white grapes and honeyed dates are followed by butter biscuits, chewy toffee.

Finish: Warm blondies drizzled with white chocolate bring perfect balance to delicate oaken spice.

Distillery Information

Master of Malt was founded in 1985. When it comes to bottling, they like to leave things unadulterated. they never add caramel colouring to whiskies, and prefer to leave them at natural cask strength. In the rare occasion when they lower the bottling strength never, ever use chill-filtration. “we believe this affects the flavour of good spirit, and we cant have that!”
