It is a limited edition, cask-strength whisky, made from carefully selected 30 year old single malt whisky matured in sherry casks. The result is a whisky with a rich, sherried flavour and a long, smooth finish. The nose is full of dried fruit, sherry and a hint of smoke. The palate is smooth and sweet with notes of ripe plums, raisins, orange peel and a subtle hint of oak. The finish is long and lingering with a hint of spice. This whisky is best enjoyed neat or with a splash of water.
