Then, the festive flavours of orange, raisin, star anise, vanilla pod and cinnamon stick were added before it was bottled up at 25% ABV.

Nose: Like Christmas pudding in a bottle, with cinnamon and dried fruit at the fore.

Palate: Oily orange and brown sugar.

Finish: Followed by elegant and long finish.
