Bringing together the delightful flavour combo of cherry and vanilla comes this splendid rum from Flat Cap! A base of West Indian white rum is is infused with natural flavours for five to seven days, imparting rich layers of sweet fruit and creamy vanilla.

Nose: Wafts of caramel soften warming notes of pepper beneath.

Palate: Heaps of sweet, dark cherries and creamy, silky vanilla pod.

Distillery Information

The name Flat Cap is paying homage to our late father who arrived from Jamaica in the early 1950’s and was known for wearing a Flat Cap! “Our initial product is rum as this spirit is close to our heart and our roots but we will add more drinks in the future. We pride ourselves on quality and taste and infuse flavour with experience. Taking a premium white base rum from the West Indies, we have added natural flavours to give a slightly different accent to appeal to different palates.”
