Distillery Information

Sergio Partida, Master Distiller, was inspired by the effect the land and careful aging had on what became their flagship Extra Aejo. This unique Tequila is the result of time and patience, two essential ingredients. Agave used to craft Chula Parranda is from the Amatitan region or El Valle (Lowland), even though its almost 4,000ft above sea level. Amatitans lava rich soils are considered the ideal growing region for agave.The artisan process starts with the harvested agave, cooked in a stone oven. Steel rollers extract the agave juices. The fermentation process is allowed the time to happen naturally. This is more labor intensive, but the result is a complex, flavorful spirit after distillation. Unique in its category, made with passion for their craft. Authentic, artisanal products in the truest sense of the word thoughtful in all steps.
