21 Year Old Rum, which is made from pure cane sugar, is an amber-colored liquid. It is a rum distilled from molasses and fermented from grape must. It is bottled at 80 proof and is best served neat or with a splash of soda water.
Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
Finish: Finish is very smooth and long.
