Distillery: Aberlour

Sherried single malt from the Aberlour Distillery, independently bottled by The Single Cask. It was distilled in September 2013 and allowed to mature for eight years, including a stint in an Oloroso sherry quarter cask, before eventually being bottled in September 2021. Just 60 bottles were produced. Aberlour’s single malt does particularly well with a sherried style to it, so we expect this one to be rather excellent indeed.

Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.

Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.

Finish: Long, delicate and complex.
