Adirondack 601 Small Batch Bourbon is a distillery in upstate New York that specializes in craft whiskey. The distillery is located on the Hudson River and has a view of the beautiful Catskill Mountains. Adirondack 601 Small Batch Bourbon is made from a mash of malted barley, corn, and rye. It is aged in new charred oak barrels that are made of American white oak. The whiskey is then filtered through maple charcoal. The distillery also uses a copper pot still and Kentucky sour mash whiskey.
