Caero 12 Malt Whisky Finish is a molasses rum made in the Dominican Republic. It is the expertise of maestro ronero Juan Alberto Alvarez that led to this blend of spirits. A selection of rums, the oldest of which is 12 years old, were aged in ex-bourbon casks using the solera method. This blend was finished for 6 months in single malt casks from the Ben Nevis distillery.

Nose: Refreshing aroma.

Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.

Finish: Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
