Oliver’s Exquisito 1985 is made on the basis of molasses, as a result of distillation in traditional copper alembics. The maturation process takes place in the solera system in American bourbon barrels. The 1985 edition was bottled in 2020 and is limited to 2,000 individually numbered bottles.
