SBS Barbados 2000 PX Cask Finish is a rum from the West Indies distillery in Barbados. Made from molasses and distilled in a traditional alembic, it was first matured in a bourbon cask and then placed in a Pedro Ximenez sherry cask. In total, it spent 21 years in barrels, and was bottled in October 2021 in a limited edition of 186 bottles.
