Aberfeldy 18 Year Single Malt Finished in Tuscan Red Wine Casks is a limited edition release from the Aberfeldy Distillery in Scotland. The whisky is aged for 18 years in ex-bourbon barrels before being finished in Tuscan Red Wine Casks sourced from the famous Brunello di Montalcino wine region. The whisky has a deep amber color and a complex aroma with notes of honey, dried fruits, citrus, and spices. On the palate, the whisky is smooth and creamy with notes of oak, dark chocolate, dried fruits, and a hint of wine. The finish is long and warming with hints of oak, spices, and dried fruits.
