It is double distilled and aged for two years in French Oak barrels. This mezcal has a smoky and earthy aroma with notes of cooked agave, leather, and baking spices. On the palate, it is smooth and creamy with flavors of cooked agave, smoke, oak, and sweet spices. The finish is long and smooth with a hint of smoke.
