Acre Tobala is made with 10-12 year old Maguey Tobala (Agave potatorum). Maestro Mezcalero Honorato Cruz mills the agave by tahona, ferments with spring water, and double distills in a 250 liter copper still.
Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: A rich, complex, and smooth taste.
Finish: Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
