The Pomorze 2013 is made using red-skinned Asterix potatoes which has been grown near the Baltic coast. The result is full of flavour with an incredible velvety mouth-feel.

Vestal Pomorze 2013 Spirit | 500ML Tasting Notes

Nose: A balanced nose of sweet blueberries and fresh pine. Peppery heat prickles in the background.

Palate: Sherbet and black liquorice, so essentially a Sherbet Fountain! There’s also notes of coconut and cinnamon with just a little hint of soap.

Finish: A dry finish with coconut notes lasting. A surprising hint of barbecue char appears ages afterwards.
