Aspect : old gold with copper hues. Nose : Extremely aromatic, with notes of vanilla and wet oak and a touch of cinnamon in the end. Palate :Still a good amount of tannins, displaying notes of toasted grains, tobacco, nutmeg and rancio. 10 mn after opening, some quince jam flavor reveals itself. Finish: velvety, fruity and rich, a typical Delord house style.
