Palate: Zesty peels of orange and lemon and a sweet citrusy tang meet gently aromatic spices, soft herbs, and crisp, peppery juniper.

It also produces the nutrient and flavor rich baobab fruit, which sits at the heart of their distinctive African gin. This amazing African botanical breathes life and flavor into Bayab gin, invigorating you and refreshing the gin status quo They combine the natural beauty of their continent and people to create this gin. African Gin. The distillery sits in the midlands, a beautiful region in Kwazulu-Natal that stretches from Mooi River all the way to the foothills of the Drakenburg Mountains. The gins are distilled using locally grown sugarcane, bountiful African botanicals of Juniper berries, Coriander, Rosemary, Cinnamon, Coarse Salt, Lemon Peel, Baobab and Orange Peel, its then blended with the purest water from the Midlands of KwaZulu-Natal.
